Not and exact replica of the cord on my saw, but was able to make it work.
I needed this for a Porter Cable 347 circular saw. The only hitch was that the original cord had connector rings on the wire ends for a screw-down connection. I ended up getting 16-14 AWG #6 stud hi-temp rings at Frys to solder onto the bare wire. You'll need to mimic the length and pathway of the original wiring internal to the saw because it's a tight fit.
