Once setup it's golden and works, but there are a few challenges

*A lot of features and they have nailed Voice Suppression correctly, the callers can't tell I'm riding when on the phone.
*Came with three different mics!
Cons: For non techies might find it a challenge.
People like me with a big skull (size 62) and tight full face helmet it will be a fight to get it
mounted correctly for comfort & hearing. (the hard part) I had to spend a bit of time
getting the speakers just right inside my helmet.
USB port on the 30K is rather weak. You can't have it plugged in while riding. Or you risk
damaging it.
Using it while riding is tough even when using a full thick glove. I would suggest the
remote handle bar controls for ease of use or thinner gloves (but safety first)
It has a a lot going for it, but at the same time a lot can go wrong with it. Make sure for before first use, you plug it into a computer and update the firmware. As this will fix a lot of issues with it.

Great backrest for the money
Great value for the money, Very easy install. Did not take me long to install.

Great Product with one flaw
This units are solid, but the #4 usb power cords from manufacturer are broken. I have two units and both units came with broken power cords that made these units reboot all the time or have power supply issues.
Once I replaced the #4 USB power supply cord with my own, these became are rock solid units. Easy to install and setup.
Make sure you use a Samsung 64Gig Class10 UHD micro sd cards, so you wont get any recording issues.
