Worthless
1 of 1 found this helpful This thing is worthless . I imagine if I had a full beard it might do something . I just wanted that stubble look and it does nothing...and it hurts a bit . It might be good if you want to exfoliate your face but that's about it ...And the charge runs out in in a few minutes .

Weight Bar Is The Key
2 of 2 found this helpful This is actually pretty good . As long as gyms are going to be closed , this is a decent substitute . If you're a woman or a guy for that matter and just want to stay toned this is a very good piece of equipment. If you're looking to put size on , this is not really going to do it unless you get the weight bar , and the weight bar is NOT included with this . The APEX 3 is discontinued and I have no idea where you would get a weight bar that fits this particular model - but what you can do is get a 3/4" diameter 4 ft. steel bar - perfect substitute , costs like $25 on Ebay. ( it'll hold standard 1" plates ) I've seen infomercials for this thing for decades and thought it was a joke ..It's actually a very well built , well thought out machine . Great for toning . If you want to build muscle the weight bar is a must , and if you go that route you'll get pretty good workout , I'm really surprised by this thing . Well worth it imo

Missing Hardware
I got the Weider version of this , same model # , same exact product , same everything . I managed to improvise with some nuts and bolts I had around . It's flimsy but worth the price . The preacher curl attachment is very good - I wasn't expecting it - ya get a nice pump .
It came without some essential hardware . Anyone know where I can get the correct hardware for this ?
