Not for the averge idiot. Need common sense and maybe a little experience. Failed for me.
Guess I am not qualified to answer as it defeated me and my gas powered weed eater.

Work Great
No complaints with product. Finding good price can be challenge. Wait for auction and they are relatively inexpensive.
