This sponge comes with the kit -- I got an extra to do an additional project.
Well, to achieve the faux granite effect you need this sponge. I enjoyed the whole process......can get tedious if you have a large area. But it's worthwhile and I got amazing results.
*This sponge comes with the kit -- I just decided to do some additional work with the leftover supplies so I had to get another.

May not work for thinner sheets
Very inexpensive, but unfortunate the clips are not strong enough to grip the sheet.
