Doesn't hold up to sweat
0 of 1 found this helpful Although this product is an eye shadow lock, I had hoped it would lock eyebrow powder as well since the "glue" that came with the eyebrow powder didn't do its job at all so I would end up with half an eyebrow soon after applying. So far I can report that the ELF wasn't helpful at all during the summer heat. Sweat wiped away all the eyebrow powder, perhaps not as quickly as without the ELF but theresults were the same, half an eyebrow. I can only hope performance will be better in cooler weather.
