Great Book For The Beginner

Excellent Sleep Aid!... But 10mg may be far too strong for some people.. Be careful!
11 of 11 found this helpful I bought the 10mg dose version of these. They did make me good and drowsy, but after a few nights of taking them I had a reaction mirroring symptoms of excess melatonin... My skin got itchy at first. Then, one night my lips and arms swelled up in what resembled an allergic reaction... I looked up melatonin and these symptoms and found it to be a common sign for too much melatonin in the system which can cause a bad immune system overreaction.
I cut the dose back to 5mg after that and stopped taking it every night, changing to every other night... So far so good... no itch.... no immune reaction... and plenty of sleepy feeling!
Don't be like me all gung ho and so desperate for sleep that you go right for max dose!... Read up on what too much melatonin can do to you and start with a MUCH lower dose at first to find your sweet spot.

Solidly Built But Poorly Engineered Tension Knobs
It does an OKAY job.... My issue with it is that the tension adjusting knobs don't hold well because not enough holding pressure is able to be applied. The knobs will back themselves out before they get tight enough and when any torque is applied to the rifle it is holding.... Otherwise solidly built.
