  The items are as described, however, they were packed with paper wrap only. They have just arrived with most of the paper torn off and two of the boxes bashed in at the corners, presumably because they were at the ends and took the brunt of the useless courier. Unfortunately we have to account for the declining quality of services in this country, this means making packaging more robust against the “couldn’t give a flying fk couriers”.

  I've seen this type of damage with some couriers in the past, but wasn't expecting it with Royal Mail. I can only appologise.
