Good product, but........
The design does not allow plugging of the USB cable after installing the WYZE cam completely into the protective skin. You need to route the USB cable first through the opening at the back bottom, plug it into the cam, then install the cam into the protective cover which makes it awkward when you are up on the ladder. Just make the cable entrance in line with the connector at the back of the cam, so it would be easy to install.

It works well
The water leak sensors look robust, and well made. The set up with the hub and the app is a breeze. I wish it had google home integration. I had it integrated to Alexa, but I do not use Alexa.
How long will the batteries last ? Time will tell. At least they are AA type batteries, not 9V or 12V batteries that the old leak detectors I have,.

Humming noise.
The fan controller makes my fans hum at medium and high speeds. I guess it is used for specific fan types. I had 3 speed rotary fan controllers to replace. I could not stand the humming noise, so I used them to control dimmable LED bulbs. It works good for this application.
