Exceed my expectations!
I had my doubts about this product not fitting my deadbolt. I installed it on 1 minute and it is exceeded my expectations. I'm super happy and we finally feel secure and safe at home. It is a bit hard to unlock, but I'm sure it's because it's brand new.

Hit or Miss if you buy used or refurbished
This product is good, but when you buy used or refurbished it is a hit or miss.
Everyone has a different standard of testing to sell refurbished products. Remember that if it doesn't work properly, you can return it. Just make sure you go thru eBay.
