Best of the basics

While this BB will never be as smooth as a ceramic, nor is it serviceable like a Chris King, it is not priced like those either. I usually replace whenever i replace the cassette, so about every 4k-5k road miles. Coming up on 40k miles on this frame, 8th or 9th Dura Ace BB (7800, 9000 and 9100) i have never had an issue or one fail prematurely.

Great covers, but

These are great covers overall, but the bottom sides do not extend as far down as I might wish. Maybe because the seats have hard trim down there? In any case, well put together. Look forward to keeping them for years

Omega AQ

I love the size and the style. It is understated but everytime you look at it, another detail presents. I was hesitant about the bracelet (my Seamaster bracelet is great, my Speedy, not so much), but it also fits very well. This is my only quartz, all others (4 other Omega) are automatics; so nice to be able to simply pick up the watch, put it on and go.
