Excellent tool.
I decided to throw down and purchase the manufacturer branded tool to remove my leaking cartridges. This tool worked great and allowed for easy removal and installation. Your cartridges are in tight and difficult to get started but as long as you don't go all crazy and have a bit of patience you should have no issues and this tool will do the trick. As always you may end up being that one person per 100 that ends up having to call a plumber but that has happened to me in the past. You can save big money using this tool and replacing the cartridge yourself. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Fresh Balls indeed
Wearing work pants and constantly being in and around high temps this Fresh Balls product is the shiznit and I would highly recommend.
