1 of 1 found this helpful This was a favorite of my sons when they were entrenched in their dinosaur phase of childhood. The story was fitting to their level and the dinos steal your heart. It entertains and presents a message of loyalty, friendship, and fair-play. Nearly every child would like the chance to interact with real dinosaurs and these pint-sized versions fulfill that fantasy on a manageable scale. One of my sons said, "That's a pet you'll scoop the yard for." Now this video will be a gift for the next generation of dino fan. It's a pity the film has not been released to DVD.

The Golden Compass story comes to life
Excellent adaptation of book. Effects and costumes and performances are good. Digital code was honored even though date had passed.
