theraband flexbar yellow - great for sore wrists
The theraband flexbar are the best resistance bar. Theraband has flex in them so they can bend easily - any age group can use them. I have tried other brands of resistance bars and they don't bend or have any flex- they are way too stiff. I bought this yellow extra light bar not knowing what to expect. I am very pleased - it helps me with my sore wrists and eases the pain. You will be very pleased with theraband.
