The ‘replacement’ was still faulty, but ...

The ‘replacement’ was still faulty, but did include all the necessary parts to combine with the previous parts, to make a perfectly functioning unit. It’s obvious this item was not tested the first or second times, but they made good and provided enough parts to make a functioning unit. Plus, I have a few extra spares from each so I guess I’m satisfied.

Great for marking (snooker/pool) cloth too

I love to see a WHITE baulk line (and ball spots too) on my billiard cloth. This pen is perfect for the job. Clear and vivid and OPAQUE, the ink won't be absorbed into the cloth or fade like so many others. Just be VERY careful when applying it as you will not be able to erase it. Also don't get it on the balls as it's a devil to remove! You might have to mark the lines/spots a few times, but not many as the ink shows up clearly. It will fade slightly over time with repeated cleanings of the cloth, but should last for quite a lot of cleanings, depending on usage. I have tried quite a lot of different markers, but none bar this one provided me with this excellent result. I totally recommend it.
