Absolutely wonderful tool
This thing works perfectly. Not only does it cut the wire, but it sends it flying. I bought it to use when punching down patch panels but it has become my go to tool. 100% recommended.

Totally useless for many reasons.
I have another unit and it's super sensitive. This device doesn't come close to the detection and range. It also gives many false positives. It was a complete waste of time and money.
