Great Ballast
My UV light cam with a substandard ballast that did not work till I returned it and received the third one. I upgraded to this model and saw the quality right out the box. You must connect the bulb the plug it in to turn on the light and it alarms if light is not working or hooked up right. Quality Product!!!!

Open the clamps fully
Figured out that u must unscrew the clamps all the way to easily install the rails. Other that that install was easy.
