Perfect as long as you read the fine print.
1 of 1 found this helpful This requires that a hole be dug and filled with stones and then concrete to hold the clothes tree, which I didn't know when I bought it. Buyer needs to be aware of this! Aside from that it's exactly what I hoped and thought it would be.

Disappointing
2 of 2 found this helpful This house will fit a small chihuahua comfortably. My local stray cat, who is part Maine Coon cat, can barely fit into it. I had hoped to use a floor / wall heater of 13 X 19", but I can't fit it into either the downstairs or the upstairs. I had to have a carpenter friend attach the roof-reinforcing top wood piece using her drill, because the drill holes in the piece as it came would not secure the roof pieces without leaving open holes. The little house is very cute, as in the photo, but it will not keep my outdoor stray cat safe from a Maine winter. We put a rug, inside black plastic bags, over the roof to keep out the rain.
