Never received merchandise

i had a player like this before and it was pretty neat. I gave it to a cousin of mine and they are still using it. This was an attempt to purchase this player as a gift because I thought it was an excellent player but I never received the merchandise. It will probably be my only attempt to purchase from eBay. I will stick with Amazon.
