Use Fitbit to lower health insurance costs
My health insurance company uses various apps to verify workouts, heart rate, sleep, etc and this helps to lower the health insurance premium. The fitbit is one of those devices and apps that they use, syncing it up with their own app. The fitbit seems to be accurate and I love the feedback it gives me as well as my insurance company. There is an app on my phone/computer that the device communicates with.
The only problem I am having is getting the app on my phone to sync to the device. I believe from what I have read that it may be that I have a droid phone. I can force stop the app and then it seems to work again. Not too bad considering the benefits.

Price and Quality
This is an excellent price, it came quickly and as expected. It is the real deal, not a knock off. I am very pleased with it.

Review: In This Mountain
Another great book by Jan Karon. This one is a little darker and may be a little harder than her other books to get through as Father Tim battles depression; but it once again shows Jan's insightfulness.
