Fatally flawed
3 of 6 found this helpful It works great insofar as only opening for the assigned cat. Unfortunately, if another cat nudges his way in, it remains open, even if the assigned cat leaves. Apparently once it's open, it simply detects the motion/presence of a cat instead of continuing to register the specific presence of the correct microchip. Thus, the overweight cat I was trying to prevent from eating still manages to gobble up all of the underweight cat's food. And I wasted a significant amount of money.
