Great reference book
2 of 2 found this helpful Easy to use reference book for common birds of North America. Nice index by color, made it easy to find certain species. Also easy to understand, I keep it by my window.

Written for anyone to read and enjoy
CranioSacral therapy is a wonderful modality that can successfully address many complaints, in particular migraine, sinus problems, TMJ issues, vertigo/dizziness, anxiety, stress and trauma to name a few.
This book, written by our dear Dr. John Upledger, founder of the Upledger Institute, was written for anyone to understand, whether you are a doctor, client, or simply interested in CST.
Dr. John wrote of the history of CranioSacral therapy, starting with Drs. Stills and Sutherland (both osteopaths), includes some fascinating case histories, describes something called an "Energy Cyst", tells of Somato-Emotional Release, and more.
Whether you're a therapist preparing for the CST1 class, or a potential client with no knowledge of medical terminology... this book is great and easy to read!
