Finally, accuracy you can count on.
Being disappointed with the hysteresis of analog thermostats fitted as standard on most RV's is par for the course.
Not being one to tolerate inefficient systems, especially when advanced alternatives are available, I was soon looking for a digital thermostat to control my RV's climate.
After a long search, having read everything I could find on digital thermostats, I settled on the RV Comfort 8330-3362 from Coleman Mach.
A direct replacement for my analog unit, it even uses the same screw holes. Once power was restored to the control it flawlessly took over from the old control and has done so with digital accuracy to my complete satisfaction since.
This is the easiest mod I've performed inside my RV, and one of the most satisfying. I highly recommend this unit to anyone considering an upgrade to their Coleman Mach 13,500 BTU single stage heat/cool A/C unit.
Check your A/C manufacturers website for compatibility.
