4 of 5 found this helpful I have had for years a cheap phone with a small amount of memory so this one is a huge step up. I love it! I've only had it for less than a week but it works great so far! I'm still setting things up but the Smart Switch app worked great to copy my data over to the new phone wirelessly. This phone only takes a nano-sim card which is smaller than my other phone so I thought I was going to have to order a new sim card, but then realized I could just punch the middle out of the larger card and it fit perfectly. This phone didn't come with a manual but I found one online. Good thing because I wouldn't have known where to put the sim card and the SD card. With my other phone you had to take the back off but on this one it has a little tray that pulls out of a slot on the side. I think it's supposed to come with a tiny pointy thing which you insert in a hole next to the tray to make it pop out but I just used a small paper clip end and it worked, just barely though. I’ve only taken a few test pictures and a video so far but they are clear and great quality. The camera has many features I haven’t figured out yet. The call quality is clear and the battery life is good. The charging cable is different than all the other ones I have so I only have the one that came with it that will fit now. It’s a fast charging cable. I’m very happy with my purchase!
