Worth a read

This was one of the books that got me interested in real estate and investing years ago. After losing my first copy I was delighted to find that there is a 20-year later version that does chapter recaps and discussion sessions. Even if you read the original, there is a lot of added content to the newer version. Definitely would say time well spent.
