3 of 3 found this helpful 7/16/18 -- I have used Zicam for years. The nasal swabs were also excellent when they contained zinc, but since it was removed to satisfy sue-happy lawyers, they lost their edge.
The reason Zicam is so expensive now IMO is because of these lawyers doing their best to bankrupt the company (as they tried with Airborne), which is why it's so great to find a bargain on Zicam.
