2 of 2 found this helpful The "door" to the ticket drum was improperly aligned. When using the drum we had to tape the 3 sides of the "door/gate) to the drum so the tickets would not fall out then some tickets would stick to the tape... It was such a hassle to return that I still have the drum. I spent $40 for nothing!the drum is terrible! Will not deal with this company again.

Pampered Chef small Stainless Steel Scoop
The "scoop" was in good shape. The spring driven handle is just a little slow. So while not perfect -as in new- it is still very functional. I enjoy using it and am very satisfied and happy I was able to locate the scoop.
