Works for us after some tweaking.
Nice steps for my little 20# shorkie to get up on my bed. The steps are on the narrow side, so it took him a while to adapt by 'running' up them. The black pads for each step don't stick very well, and I had to put a piece of carpet under the legs to keep it from slipping on the vinyl floor, so it would stay put if the floor was carpeted. I think it would be hard for a larger dog to use due to the small step size.

Check the inside very carefully!
I purchased this mug a few months ago, and have only used it a handful of times. I recently noticed the inside felt rough, but when my daughter looked closer, found that there are many problem areas. I've dabbled some in ceramics and am not a pro, but I think the problems are because the glaze was not done properly. I do not use a dishwasher, so it was always hand-washed. I do not feel it's safe for use now, so if I don't throw it away, I'll leave it hang on my wall because I like the saying on it. Until I hear back, I will not be buying any more.

Nice subtle effects.
It does feel cool under the eyes. I also use it under my eyebrows, the top of my cheekbones, and on my lips for a very subtle glow.
