2 of 2 found this helpful Gone through 1 package so far and seen about an inch and a half of breast growth and my pants fit tighter around the arse now. Still growing as well, really nice sleep aid. Fair warning breast growth means weight gain, and if you try to not gain weight I'm unsure if it would work nearly as well, I've been taking 3 a day as advised on the package, you need to use this product for at least 5 months for maximum effect from what I've read.
