Still, I am not sure which carrier is this but I order it on Dec 15, now is Feb 6 and still didn't receive the item. Maybe he needs to work with another company otherwise this put his rating down.

good one
less functions then many others, but all needed basic functionality is included and is easy to use. really good for starters or non IT people.
