  Buyer left us feedback stating that the item they received was not the item that they ordered. But they never tried contacting us about this issue before leaving their feedback. They also would not respond to multiple messages we sent them after the fact in an attempt to make it right with them. We appreciate all of our customers, but communication was severely lacking in this particular transaction.
