Unique watch with great history
3 of 3 found this helpful The watch is incredibly well constructed. The finishing on the steel and transitions from brushed to polished areas is done crisply giving this tool watch a refined look for sure. I consider it a perfect fit on my 6.75 inch wrist. The thinness is a welcome feature and unusual to see on such a hearty tool watch with 20 atm pressure resistance. The bezel action and ratcheting sound is one of the best I’ve had easily. I really like the cleanness of the purist dial and how it’s unusual in having a true 24 hour dial. It didn’t take long to get used to that either. The gradient dial is awesome - it not only looks good, but also makes sense with its 24 hour dial (blue = daytime, black = nighttime). The movement is very, very smooth to wind and the accuracy has been about +4 seconds per day on my watch. Then it has its 70+ year history! A heavily favored watch among US pilots during Vietnam and being made 1 year before the Rolex GMT master. A unique and cool watch that I am certainly happy to have in the collection.

A great beater watch with the latest Casio tech
4 of 4 found this helpful This is a great g-shock square option for those who want one that is solar and the ability to correct itself to the correct time. The main reason I chose this one over the M5610 is because this has the blue tooth to do the time correction as well as via radio waves. The M5610 only does the latter and with the strong possibility of the closure of the one radio tower in North America (in Colorado) coming in early 2019, I liked knowing the ability to self-correct is still possible. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy to use the g-shock app is on the phone in connection with the watch, yet you don’t absolutely need it to use the watch effectively. Having the comfortable combo bracelet on this was a plus too. All in all, another good g-shock square in my opinion. As seen in the photos, I added the jaysandkays bullbar for fun since I like the look of it with it.

Great value product
Since getting watches with on the fly adjustment bracelets, I want every watch I have to do this. This clasp is easily the lowest price option I have seen out there that offers this function. It doesn’t have nicely machined parts like on some others, but for the price, this can’t be beat. It still functions very well and is finished better than the price suggests. On my first impressions, I don’t feel any rough edges or hot spots too, so I imagine it’ll wear quite comfortably. Lastly, the ratcheting function works well. If that is what you are looking for at a reasonable price, I’d recommend this product.
