    Yoga for seniors
    This is a wonderful DVD for seniors or folks recovering from illness! The instructor has a very calming voice and gives clear instructions. I would recommend this DVD as an excellent daily exercise for seniors.

    Missing historical pieces revealed !
    This documentary fills in gaps about African American slavery , the great migration to the North - and the continuation of slavery in the South until world war 2 . This film is worth every penny for the information it conveys.
