Nice little smartphone, Alcatel-US customer service TERRIBLE!!!
I was hesitant about buying an Alcatel (TCL China) smartphone, but after reading several reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I have previously owned I-phones, Nokia, and Samsung, but they just simple became too overrated and expensive, so I decided to go for a "budget" smartphone. The phone looks nice, slim, well made, it has many things other phones do not have for the same price range, such as a two JBL speakers which produce really nice sound; an old chip set Snapdragon 401 that works fast in this phone setup; and the versatility of a SIM AND a Micro SD card. This is were the problems start, I purchased a SanDisk Ultra 32GB SD Card to put in my phone and it is NOT recognized by my Alcatel Idol-3! Enter the second problem: Call customer/technical service at Alcatel-US, and you get connected to a call-center somewhere out of this Continent, where the representatives do not have the skills/know how to solve the technical problems. So I decided to write Technical Support, hum, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I have written them three or four times already and have not received a single answer, not a word....
So, for a company that is trying to set a market space in the USA, the start is poor, if Corporate Alcatel-TCL does not pay attention to this problem, they will fail miserably.

Works great!
This scanner is inexpensive and of real good quality. Scans very well and is simple to operate.

These screen protectors come well packaged and with all the tools to install them. The quality appears to be good for the price, good value!
Installing the glass cover/protector: Warning, the glass protector has to be perfectly seated on the phone screen matching exactly the screen of the phone. The protector has to be carefully placed on top because you won't be able to re-place it on the phone once it is seated. Ensure the edges match exactly and that pressure is placed on the edges so there are no bubbles, they will not disappear, they will stay that way.
