  I received the item and had problems formatting a SD card. I contacted the seller and he went above and beyond to try to help me. After my repeated tries he informed me to return the item, and then later informed me to just keep the item and not go to the trouble to return. I feel that this is service above and beyond and offer my sincere thanks to this seller.

  Item was not the one pictured, and didn't include items advertised as coming with the tripod. After winning the auction, instead of trying to fix the problem by supplying the missing items (or refunding enough to buy the items), they only offered a return (which isn't right, when winning an auction for what you think you're buying). Be careful when bidding on items. They may not be what's pictured, or what you're actually getting.

  Buyer was offered a complete refund, including shipping costs, but he refused. I don't know what else I could have done to satisfy this customer. He won the auction at an extremely low price, so offering a refund was appropriate.
