Jump5's Shining Star--A Very Pleasant Surprise!
Really energetic, young and inspiring music. Got the CD for "Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride" but was really impressed by the quality and uniqueness of all the covers. I would recommend this disk and I am seriously considering purchasing more of Jump5's music.

Outstanding Documentary
This documentary is the best explanation of why there is a war happening right now on Ukrainian territory. I am a Ukrainian history buff, but I have never seen "on the ground" footage from the Orange Revolution and the EuroMaidan Revolution in Kyiv. This film also includes eye witness video from the plane crash caused by russian agitators in their take-over of the Donbas. The story is told in a compelling way by people that were actually there. I found this doc emotionally moving and tears were shed on separate occasions.
If you want a better understanding of the courageous Ukrainian people and what it takes to remove a society from the oppressor, this documentary checks all the boxes. I would highly recommend it.
The only sour part for me was that a Canadian MP was used for limited commentary (a person of Ukrainian decent herself); someone who seemed to understand the Ukrainians' fight for democracy, but recently was part of the Canadian government that imprisoned and sealed the bank accounts of Canadian citizens who peacefully protested their government in Ottawa. This is in no way a criticism of the film or its makers--just something that was so hypocritical (now) that it must be pointed out.
