550mm Floorstanding Bathroom Vanity Unit & Basin Sink Gloss White Tap + Waste

Nice little unit.

Arrived well packaged. Tap tails are M10 steel braided hose with steel wing nut shaped 15mm appliance type mains connector, similar to the 20mm washing m/c or dishwasher hose ends. I couldn't find a 15mm adaptor suitable to face the seal washer inside the taptail ends so bought speedfit M10 ones instead. Only had to cut a 50mm vee out of the floor panel at the rear to accommodate waste and a slot out of the rear cross board for existing pipes. Tap stem is not horse shoe washer bolt on type. It is just large brass locknut. It looks fine in room. Water is on but I'm yet to fit and seal the waste....

It does what it says.

I think "amazing" is not the correct word for 5 star ratings in most cases. Amazing in this case would be if it self-installed and watered the plants by itself. It does do what it says; collect rainwater from gutters.

'Wor' hero

TV channel hopping a couple of days ago and saw Christopher Plummer in a film, Triple Cross. The synopsis read as based on true events. Looked it up and it was about a character from my neck of the woods. So I bought the book. Have just started it but it's right up my street.
