Seller LIED about the vacuum. Claimed it was brand new in box. It wasn’t. Kirby verify the serial # had been previously owned and would not have the warranty a new vacuum would have or the lifetime rebuild warranty. Also, Kirby’s can only be bought new from the factory and not on Ebay. Seller tried to blame me, that I swapped it out. I take plenty of pics to CYA. He also made the comment, he can check to se how long it was used in the “field”. That is not a term a regular person makes.
