I t also discusses the techniques to remedy these issues which provides considerable direction in resolving problems or maintainig a state of control. The also goes into discussions about human behavior as it relates to people's cooperation in minimizing risks to the process and themselves. Specifically, Maslow's Hierarcy of Needs, B. F. Skinner's Operant Conditioning Theory, and McGregor's Theories of motivation regarding X and Y human personalities.
