Good Quality, stupid design
The pre-stamped holes are all 2 3/4" apart, meaning *nothing* at all lines up with the standard 16" spaced studs. How utterly dumb do you have to be to get that wrong...

I bought this because it has an embedded HDMI splitter
I purchased this so I could mirror my main TV in the family room to a remote tv in the adjoining kitchen so my wife could watch and cook at the same time. The TVs are close enough that you'd never watch different channels on each.
Initially I drove the input unit (the one with the splitter) with the HDMI cable coming from my av receiver to the main tv, but then the remote tv connected to the companion output device didn't have any sound. This ended up being because my av setup was configured for the receiver, not the main TV, to provide the sound i.e. the sound had been removed from the signal going to the main TV. So instead I inserted the input unit at the HDMI output of my cable box and then the remote tv worked just fine.
I've only been using this for a few days and am a little cautious that quite a few others have had this fail within a month or two. If that happens to me I'll adjust my review accordingly. Mine is running with about 30' of cat6 - each end going to an ethernet connector on a wall plate and then a 2' cat6 cable going from each wall plate to these two devices.
