  Very disappointed. The item was labeled as new but it came in a cardboard box. Had the item activated at a cost of $50.00. The calls would break up, couldn't pair devices, etc. Called ebay and they tried to correct the problem. Give the a+ . Supplier sent me a replacement which claimed to be new. Came in a cardboard box, spent another $50.00 activated, phone was worse than the other. Contacted Metro PCs and spent hours trying to make the item work. Finally, came to the conclusion "defective".

  Louis, we sent you a brand new phone in a white retail box just like it shows in the ebay photos. You couldn't pair the bluetooth. This doesn't mean the phone is not new, sometimes it's the phone but most often it's user error. In any event we shipped you a higher quality replacement phone at no additional cost. You should have returned the phones for a full refund but you didnt. Additionally MetroPCS charges $25 to activate not $50 and you only pay if they successfully activate.

  Made offer and seller accepted. When items arrived the chargers and charging cables were exchanged for sub standard items. when contacted seller to exchange his swapped parts they refused. I TOLD THEM THE ITEMS PICTURED WERE THE ITEMS I SAW AND PURCHASED.It has been weeks now and no attempt by seller to correct his mistake. BUYER BEWARE. If seller did not want to sell the items pictured for the price offered then they should have declined offer and not swap the intended sale items for junk.

  You got a $400 phone for $160 then go on to complain about a $2 charger. Which happens to be the exact same BRAND NEW charger and cable listed in the items photos and description a name brand UL certified charger (im not sure what qualification you have to claim its sub-standard). Besides if you are so adamant about the charger that you felt the need to bash me over something so frivolous why didn't you return the item for a refund? It's obvious you have nothing better to do with your time.
