The Medicine Man - a great movie
1 of 1 found this helpful Sean Connery plays a medical research scientist who stumbles onto the medical cure of the century; however, he doesn't know how to re-create it. Lorraine Bracco has come into the midst of jungle to find Connery, as he terminated communication with the outside world 3 years prior, as his boss to determine the progress of his research and cut his funding. Together they search for his lost cure. Bracco is a loud mouth New Yorker and is comical in her efforts. It's a great movie, check it out!

This book has always been very special to me. The first time I read it was about 10 years ago, loaned it out and never got it back. The story basicaly tracks a very strict minister throughout hardtimes that bring him around full circle. I would recomment this book to anyone who likes uplifting, yet somewhat spiritual books. It is a wonderful read, over and over.
