Creality CR-10 Smart 3D Printer 300x300x400mm

Worst Creality Product to Date

I own 4 different 3d printers, have several friends with printers and this one is by far the hardest to use printer I have ever seen. The ABL (Bed leveling) does not work, the bed is warped, the screen is not functional, the extruder is broken and overall this is the worst designed printer creality has ever made. I have reached out to support through Creality and Comgrow, they just want to throw some cheap parts at me until the warranty is up. They will not accept the printer as a return. I bought the printer back in May and the picture posted is the best print I have been able to get out of it, today is August 19th. Take this as a warning, and even go watch Teaching Tech on youtube (he does honest tear downs and doesn't accept payment for it), you do not want this printer. There are some people that get lucky and have one that works but by what i have seen in the Facebook groups you have about a 50/50 chance of getting a functional one. Creality and Comgrow are censoring the reviews on their websites and other chinese websites, and even their facebook groups.

Ordered 6, 5 were pretty good

5 out of the 6 I ordered worked fine, there was one that didn't turn very good until I took it apart and sanded part of the internal twisting mechanism.
