Open box, complete item
Easily installed. Works fine. Rekeyed one lock to match the other with the Smartkey system. Pretty easy to do.

Not a perfect match
The main part of this kit that houses the dogs, has an opening that's too big compared to what it replaces. So, my existing bolt and washer to attach it to the main shaft doesn't hold it. Perhaps that's an error on my part, but the part numbers match the part it replaces. I ended up using every part of this kit except that one part. Kinda defeated the purpose of buying a complete kit. Regardless, my washer works. But, I could have spent less money for just some of the parts.
