Exactly as I expected, unfortunately it was damaged during shipping.

Love it, but a cheaper model would have been good too.
My three year old loves it! It is a great higheth for her now but it wish it was taller for when she is older. My only complaints are with the cost and with the ice dispenser. I don't feel that it was worth the extra money for the lights and sounds. They are nice, but I'm sure it didn't cost them that much to add the features. The back comes off the ice dispenser easy and my daughter frequently brings it to me to fix.
