An Infomercial more than anything! Annoying!!

It's more of an infomercial for how wonderful the author is. Apparently she has a practice of sorts, and most of this book contains the accolades from patients she's "cured." It comes off very snake-oil-salesman-y. It may all be true, but this book does NOT live up to my expectations. It's just...annoying.

Taste of Home Ground Beef Cookbook (2005, Hardcover)

There are so many delicious recipes in this book, all with ground beef as the main protein source...but it doesn't end there. I had no idea there were so many uses for it! I could cook a recipe from this book once or twice a week and still not run out of new recipes for a very long time. Move over plain old spaghetti and meatballs! Not fancy ingredients, either...just plain, ordinary, economical recipes that are easy on the cook and the pocketbook.
