How to Practice indeed! Great Book!
I love this book! His Holiness is very clear and precise on subjects that are generally difficult to understand. I had to stop and contemplate some of the concepts and I welcomed that because it challenged my intellect. I've read many of HH's books and have many to go. And feel that as long as I keep them reading I learn to develop more and more compassion and understanding of "the way."

The best Workout Collection ever!
I love this Collection. It was one of my favorites from the start. I bought the DVD after years of doing this routines on VHS, and wore out two tapes. This is by far my very favorite workout collection.
