ONYX PULSE OXIMETER BLACK

Expensive but required when accuracy up at altitude is required.
The primary reason for buying this product is that it works in noisey general aviation cockpits were as other cheaper pulse oximeters do not. The Onyx pulse oximeter reads the same as other meters costing 7x less in ideal conditions. The 4 year warranty and it's better build quality also makes its expensive price less painful.
