Small size with lots of features.

Bought this to replace another MMDVM that I bought. The other one had two antennas but didn't work. This single antenna unit had better specifications.

A different RTL-SDR

I'm rating this dongle as I have because it was recommended for a project that I have yet to make. This has better features than the others that I have.

The perfect handmic for portable use!

Plugged in my new mic, keyed up the FT-897 just fine! None of the other features were working and couldn't figure out why! Open the manual (the document most never read) and what do you know! Forgot to set the memory that is used to read the external mic. Don't forget to set the correct memory!
