Kepone ugly dance CD
This is a fantastic album! One of the best to come out in the 90’s. If you’re not familiar with it this is the bass player from GWAR’s band. He played bass and sang in early GEAR albums most notably Scumdogs of the universe. When they played live he would always sing a couple songs. It’s got that alternative rock sound but with heavy bass guitar funk. They have a nice thick sound and it’s hard to believe it’s only a three piece band. Deep heavy lyrics with catchy rhythms that will get you humming and singing along. I can’t find it on vinyl but it’s on cd and cassette. There’s also a 7inch vinyl single of the song Henry. Which is a great tune. Buy this CD you won’t regret it. The bass player’s name is Michael Bishop and he’s come back to be the lead singer of GWAR since the original singer Dave Brockie passed away. So if you’re a fan of GWAR you should check this out for sure. It’s nothing like GWAR though it is it’s very own thing.

Great for everything.
I just purchased this on eBay but I’ve been using it since the mid 90’s. I ran across this in my first job as a dishwasher. I would eventually work my way to line cook, then PM supervisor and side chef. The restaurant had 3 types of the Chef Paul products. The seafood magic, vegetable magic and meat magic. I got to know them all quite well and would eventually go on to mix my own seasoning with these products that every cook used and was often requested by customers. When it comes to this exact seasoning the seafood magic don’t think of it as just for seafood. It’s more of a light Cajun seasoning good for just about anything. This seasoning is perfect for using as your base to blacken or season a steak or fish. You can go kind of heavy because it’s not that spicy. Just a nice slightly spicy, paprika flavor with a little salt and garlic added in. It’s great on chicken especially if you’re doing something like chicken fajitas and you want that flavor of spices for Mexican food but without a whole lot of heat. Obviously it’s also just fantastic on seafood but especially grilled seafood of any kind. Shrimp is phenomenal with this. If you like old bay use old bay but if you’re looking for an alternative to that then try this. You can get a small 2 oz version in most grocery stores and it will be on a little expensive. Maybe try it like that first then if you really like it then definitely buy a full size 24oz of it. It’s literally the only way to buy it that makes sense money wise and the size restaurants buy it.
